About the Midnight Mining Company

The Midnight Mining Company is a Colorado corporation that was incorporated in 1865.  The Company actively pursued a number of mining opportunities for many years before entering a period of inactivity.  Several years ago the management of the Company began to explore various possibilities for the Company.

In 2017, Mr. Nelson was appointed President of the Company.  The Company is now in the process of re-establishing contact with all of its shareholders.  It is planning on a shareholder mailing before the end of August 2018.

The management consists of the following individuals:

Erik Nelson, President, Chairman:  Mr. Nelson is a graduate of  the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business with BA in Business Administration and an emphasis in Finance.  Mr. Nelson is also the President of Coral Capital Partners www.coralcapital.com an advisory services firm he co-founded in 1995.

Tim Willoughby, Director:  Mr. Willoughby has been a director of the Company since 1974. His grandfather was an original investor and was a manager and President until his death in 1943.  Tim is a retired teacher/principal and is currently a columnist for the Aspen Times.

Charlie Bowman, Director: Mr. Bowman, now retired, was a licensed attorney and international tax specialist for more than 35 years. He inherited his shares in Midnight Mining Company from his father, a former Chairman of the Board of Midnight Mining Company.
