Midnight Mining Company Shareholder Information

The Midnight Mining Company is over 125 years old.  Based upon our review of the available information from the state of Colorado, we believe the Midnight Mining Company was incorporated in 1865.  As a result, we are addressing many issues related to the age of our shareholder records.

Over the course of the 125 to 153 years since the Midnight Mining Company was incorporated, there were gaps in the communication from management to the shareholders of the Company.  Additionally, during this period of time, shareholders grow old and pass away, and their shares are passed down to family members, or sold or transferred for other reasons.  As a result, the Company has lost contact with some of its shareholders.  We are in the process of attempting to re-establish contact with those shareholders.
